Tower III Luxury AV Package

Living Room
Sony 77” Masters Series TV with custom made, to match TV width, Leon speaker bar. Full 5.1 surround sound and a universal remote control. Mounted and all cables hidden.

Master Bed
Samsung QN65Q60 display with a Sonos ARC play bar. Mounted with all cables hidden.

Guest One & Guest Two
Samsung UN55TU8000 mounted to wall with cable box hidden behind display.

Office
Samsung QN65Q80 display mounted with a Sonos beam for enhanced TV audio.

Lanai
55” weather proof display with mount and hardware.

Wifi & Networking
Araknis router with POE switch and three access points to ensure total WiFi coverage including Lanai.

Lighting System
Wireless lighting system includes 20 dimmers and 5 keypads to be placed by owner. This means 25 controlled lighting loads. Additional lights can be controlled at an additional cost.

House Audio
Sonos audio with in-ceiling speakers for the Living Room, Kitchen, Master Bed and Master Bath.
